Passionate about the language and communication industry, Charlotte is a translator, interpreter and graphic designer. Before joining the C-Mandarin team, she was a project manager in a translation agency and a freelance translator. She obtained a Bachelor of law (LL.B) from Nanjing University, one of the top 10 universities in China and a master's degree in legal sociology and communication from Université Paris 2 in France. Having received university education in Chinese, English and French, she has accumulated various expertise in the fields of luxury, marketing, cosmetics, hotels / tourism and law.

She is certified translator of Ordre des traducteurs terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ) and Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia (STIBC).  She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Legal Translators (CALT).

She provides regularly judicial interpretation services for various clients, such as law firms, notary offices and Montreal Courthouse (Palais de justice de Montréal).
